Lead the integration of healthcare machine systems with the Equashield cloud platform, including data mapping and validation with diverse customer data sets.
Collaborate directly with customers, understanding their technical and business needs to design practical and effective solutions.
Automate existing manual service and support processes, improving speed and accuracy by developing scripts and tools.
Perform advanced data analysis including big data processing, logs, and database querying to identify and solve system issues.
Participate in customer calls and interface regularly to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Maintain clear and timely ation of integration processes, automation workflows, and customer communications.
Continuously seek process improvements and innovation opportunities within the service automation domain.
Proficient in programming, preferably Python or Java, with experience in automation and scripting.
Proactive and self-learning attitude.
Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL, and mapping between heterogeneous healthcare data sources.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to confidently engage with international customers and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and a “can do” attitude.
Experience working in healthcare or medical device integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with big data tools, log analysis, and database querying (e.g., SQL) is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
