At Equashield, we are pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication through advanced pharmacy automation and robotic systems.We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our software team and help build reliable backend services that interface with real-time robotic systems and internal applications. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using JavaScript (Node.js, Express) or .NET Core-based stacks under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Build and update lightweight web interfaces (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for configuration, control, and visualization of automated systems.
- Write and maintain data access layers, working with relational or NoSQL databases as part of the application stack.
- Assist in integrating software components with real-time robotic and sensor systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable software.
- Collaborate with hardware, algorithm, QA, and product teams to understand system requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to internal documentation, development best practices, and continuous improvement of tools and workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a focus on learning and improvement.
What You Bring
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in web development (backend, frontend, or fullstack).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with Node.js or .NET Core for backend development.
- Basic understanding of RESTful API design, JSON-based data interchange, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with at least one database technology (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Good grasp of frontend fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for building responsive interfaces.
- Understanding of core software engineering concepts: design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel programming concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar).
- Experience with frontend UI libraries (Bootstrap, Chart.js, or similar).
- Exposure to version control (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Interest in real-time systems, hardware integration, or robotic interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or containerization tools (Docker).
